A lot of questions we get are answered faster by the FAQ on the spreadsheet calculator or the FAQ on the single calculator — things like which file formats are supported, how weekend days and business hours are configured, and whether your data ever leaves your browser (it doesn't). Worth a quick check before you wait on a reply.

If you're reporting a bug with the bulk spreadsheet tool, include the file type (.xlsx, .xls, .ods, or .csv) and, if you can, an example of how your timestamps are formatted — that's the fastest way for us to reproduce and fix it.
