Your calculation data is never collected

Both calculators on this site — the Bulk Spreadsheet Calculator and the Single Timespan Calculator — run entirely in your browser using JavaScript and the SheetJS library. Any file you upload, and any date or time you type in, is processed locally on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers, never sent to a third party, and never stored in a database. Closing the tab clears everything.

Information we collect

Analytics data

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are visited, how long people stay, what device and browser they're using, and which site referred them here. This is collected automatically for every visitor and is not tied to your name or email unless you separately contact us.

Contact form submissions

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, topic, and message you provide are sent to and processed by our form provider, Formspree, and delivered to us by email. We use this only to respond to your message.

Advertising data

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your visits to this and other sites in order to serve relevant ads. See the "Cookies and advertising" section below for details and opt-out options.

Cookies and advertising

This site is monetized through Google AdSense. As part of that, Google and its partner vendors use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site or other sites on the internet. • Google Fonts — serves the web fonts used for the site's typography.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) — serves the React and SheetJS JavaScript libraries that power the calculators; no calculation data is sent to this service, it only hosts the code.

Data retention

We do not operate our own database of user data. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Contact form messages are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to address your inquiry, and are not sold or shared beyond what's described in this policy.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general, business-oriented audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information through the contact form, please reach out and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in the tools, services, or regulations that apply to this site. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever changes are made. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
